Great News! Tamera Phallan, has been promoted to Team Parodi Director of Professional Growth and Development.

I am pleased to announce that our top agent, Tamera Phallan, has been promoted to Team Parodi Director of Professional Growth and Development. Tamera’s leadership and sales abilities and her devotion to our clients, partners, sales team, and support staff have been exemplary since she joined the team in May of 2013. Tamera will now be leading the buyer’s agent team and will have responsibilities for buyer agent recruiting, training and development.
We are very proud of Tamera and we are confident she will help us grow and prosper in her new role. She initially joined the team as an assistant and has grown quickly into a top-producing agent. Tamera is a graduate of the prestigious Texas REALTORS Leadership Program , Graduate REALTORS Institute and is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. She is currently working on her Certified Residential Specialist designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers, which has been earned by only three percent of REALTORS nationwide.
